WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept a variety of major insurances including Medicaid, Wellmark Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Medica, AETNA, Medicare, Tricare, Midlands, United Healthcare and Multiplan. If you do not see your insurance or are unsure, contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

**If you have a child age 3-17 living in Jefferson or Van Buren County and are unable to afford mental health services, contact us to learn how we can help**

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

New patients contact our scheduling team to set an appointment at 319-293-3635. Our team will collect your name and insurance information. Your first session with your counselor will be used to complete required documentation and assess your needs.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our offices are located in Keosauqua, Iowa and Fairfield, Iowa. Our counselors also see clients in the Van Buren and Fairfield Community School Districts.
